What is JUVÉDERM®?
The JUVÉDERM® injectable gel family of products provides a smooth, long-lasting correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Two formulations provide a personalized approach to wrinkle reduction.
How does JUVÉDERM® work?
In the experienced, trained hands of a Dr. Bracci, JUVÉDERM® fills in moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (the folds running from the sides of the bottom of the nose to the outer corners of the mouth), achieving a smooth and natural look.
The key component in the JUVÉDERM® injectable gel family of products, hyaluronic acid, is a naturally occurring, biodegradeable complex sugar found in the human body and in all living animals. Among other things, hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin and adds volume, contributing to the overall appearance of the skin.
How long does JUVÉDERM® last?
A single treatment of JUVÉDERM® injectable gel family of products, in the majority of patients, can deliver sustained results for up to one year.
