What Is a Non-Surgical Butt Lift?
The non-surgical butt lift is a cosmetic injectable procedure that lifts, contours, and enhances volume in the buttocks – without surgery, implants, or fat transfer. Unlike a traditional Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which requires fat harvesting and surgical repositioning, the non-surgical BBL works by adding support underneath the skin using your body’s own collagen response.
How Do Sculptra and Radiesse Work?
Both Sculptra and Radiesse are biostimulatory fillers, meaning they work by stimulating your own tissue to rebuild volume and structure.
- Sculptra is made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which stimulates long-term collagen production.
- Radiesse is composed of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) and acts as a scaffold for your body to build collagen and new tissue around.
Rather than simply filling an area, these treatments build support over time, enhancing projection, firmness, and contour by helping your body rebuild from the inside out. This is butt enhancement without surgery, and it works with your natural architecture.
How Is the Non-Surgical Butt-Lift Performed?
Before treatment, a topical anesthetic is applied to maximize comfort. Then, using a micro-cannula, we inject Sculptra or Radiesse or a combination of both under the skin in targeted areas of the buttocks. The procedure is typically completed in under an hour.
Most patients require a series of treatments based on the amount of lift or volume desired. Your results build gradually over several months as your body creates new tissue.

How do I prepare for treatment?

- Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, or blood thinners for a few days to reduce bruising
- Stay hydrated

- Massage the area for 5 minutes, 5 times per day, for 5 days
