History of Juvederm and Versa
Juvederm has been around for a while, and I’ve seen it transform over the years.
In 2010, we had Juvederm Ultra, and I loved it for its softer feel. It was perfect for subtle enhancements. But times changed, and so did Juvederm. Around 2016 and 2017, we saw the introduction of newer fillers, Juvederm Volbella and Versa. Now, these two fillers were game-changers. They came with higher G’ values (that’s tech talk for firmness and lifting ) and less water affinity. In simple terms, there is less chance of that puffy, overfilled look that nobody wants.
